How to check API and notifications on Cell C
- Log into Cell C Control Point (https://controlpoint.cellc.co.za/Account/Login)
- Navigate to Notifications and Audit logs
- In the actions bar filter by DO SIM SWAP, SOFT LOCK and GET PUK PIN and verify that the last event in each instance is not older than 24 hours and that they’ve been executed successfully
- Navigate to Email History
- In the search bar, search for SIM and verify that the last SIM SWAP found above has a correlating email that was successfully sent to the user to confirm the SIM SWAP
- Then search for usage and confirm that usage notifications have been successfully sent and that it is not older than 24hours
- Additional API tests
- Navigate to the Cell C Corporate portal(https://business.cellc.co.za/auth/login)
- Login a customer and navigate to Subscribers
Explore > Connectivity > Subscribers
View Mobile for a subscriber
- Remaining balances/OOB and Pin/PUK show, API successful.
