Morning Checks: Will be attended to by Mandisi in future also Siyabonga will be included.

Freshdesk queries: Will be taken over by Nsika followed by Mandisi.

 

Morning Checks comprise of the following:

 

1. Pulling reports on the CCSS platforms.

2. Checking Last usage on the CCSS platforms.

3. Checking if CCSS platforms are loading timely and that nothing looks broken.

4. Checking Last Usage on the CCSS.

 

The CCSS Platforms are as follows:

1. Vodacom Spend Manager

2. Cell C

3. Telkom Kenya

4. DD Admin portal and Customer Portal

 

 

Support ticket: Support tickets have processed whereas the agent going on leave will brief the available agent/s.
