How to check Grafana usage

 

  • Log onto Grafana and search for the “CCSS Overview Dashboard – All Partners” graph

  • Expand each section to check the volumes per client and check that the volumes for the day/week/month before is in line with the usage trend for each customer (TK, Cell C, VSM and MM)

  • If there are any high or low volumes, please log required JIRA and action as required

 

 

  • Then search for the “Eppix File Monitoring” graph

  • The item to look at is the subscriber file. It should not be 0 or 7 then there is usually an issue, please raise with Aaron.
