- Log into CP > Notifications and Audit logs > Audit Trail
- Check ICAP and TPG > Select Update Call Limit under actions. The result should give you successful results for all the calls.
- Check soft locks by selecting soft lock under actions. The result here must be successful as well for both auto and manual soft locks. Manual soft lock will have the user name who initiated the soft lock and an auto soft lock will be blank:
- Remove Soft lock check by changing the action to Remove Soft lock. Result here should be successful and can only be done manually.
- Email Notifications check by using the filters below and the indicator for sent should be green:
- Look for any grey listed emails and if found – log a JIRA.
- SMS notifications check using the below filters:
Zabbix
- Zabbix check by logging into Zabbix, check that view under problems does not indicate that any of the services are down.
- High memory, Disk space is low, and high memory utilizations warnings are considered “stable” as per dev.
