- Product issues – If there are any issues with our Products please let our Partners know via the channels we have (WhatsApp, Email, Phone call) Abbas to handle for VSM and Michelle to Handle for CellC, TK, and DD.
- If the issues need to be communicated to customers as well please raise with Azmina and have Marco approve the final message that goes out.
- JIRA escalations – if there is a JIRA that needs urgent escalation please channel via Michael
- Morning sessions – Abbas to run
- If something goes wrong on the Partner side I.E Vodacom stops sending us Data, or any other issue not within our space but that impacts product performance; support must raise the issue with ISDLog and then Abbas to escalate to Sam and Zethu using the ISD reference number. If the issue is not with Vodacom but another Partner, Michelle to channel via the appropriate partner contacts.
