VSM Support handover: Existing Tickets and Queries will be handed over to the available Support consultants. (Obakeng & Siyabonga)

Morning Checks: Will be attended to by Obakeng, in future also Siyabonga will be included.

Freshdesk queries: Will be taken over by Obakeng & Nsika.

 

Morning Checks comprise of the following:

 

1. Pulling reports on the CCSS platforms.

2. Checking Last usage on the CCSS platforms.

3. Checking if CCSS platforms are loading timely and that nothing looks broken.

4. Checking Last Usage on the CCSS platforms.

 

The CCSS Platforms are as follows:

1. Vodacom Spend Manager

2. Cell C

3. Telkom Kenya

4. DD Admin portal and Customer Portal

 

 

Support ticket: The agent going on leave will brief the available agent/s on the remaining Freshdesk tickets and the agents will handle the tickets according to the brief.
