Bearer locking limits will not work on the master APN sim.
This is for both usage-based bearer locking and rand-based bearer locking Due to APN SIM’s being reverse billed, all usage is counted on the “dummy MSISDN” and then split to the actual SIM which was used.
The work around here is to have mobility profiles set to soft lock for APN SIM’s. Since the M2M SIMs are only focused on data with no voice capabilities, soft lock will work the same as bearer lock.
Once we are near real time it will work much more accurately.
